Stationery Studio + Administrative Assistant

Location: Findlay, Ohio
Position Type: 1099 Contractor (Part-Time, In-Person Only)

Do you love pretty details, organization, and being part of a creative process? Join me in my wedding stationery design studio as my Studio and Administrative Assistant! This is a fun, hands-on role perfect for someone organized, upbeat, and eager to learn the behind-the-scenes of a design business.

What You’ll Do
Your work will be a mix of computer-based tasks and creative, hands-on studio projects, such as:

  • Supporting client communication (creating proposals, answering emails, completing client forms, and onboarding/offboarding clients)
  • Managing details in systems like Dubsado, Trello and Notion (knowledge of these systems is great, but not required)
  • Scheduling social media posts and light content creation
  • Assisting with production: unpacking and organizing materials, assembling suites, packaging client welcome boxes, creating labels, and shipping
  • Keeping the studio tidy and running smoothly

Details

  • Part-time, 1099 contractor role (approx. 8-10 hrs/week to start)
  • Must be able to work in-person at my home studio in Findlay, Ohio
  • Flexible scheduling within daytime hours
  • Pay: $20/hour

  • Comfortable with both computer work and hands-on tasks
  • Organized, proactive and willing to pitch in wherever needed
  • Excited to help bring wedding stationery suites to life in a creative space
