Studio & Brand Assistant (High Jewelry)

Pavit Gujral Designs is seeking a polished, energetic and detail-oriented Studio & Client Relations Assistant to support the daily operations of our luxury jewelry brand in Dubai.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in luxury, fashion and creative businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Managing studio coordination and daily administrative tasks

* Assisting with client communication and appointment scheduling

* Coordinating orders, deliveries and follow-ups

* Supporting brand shoots, launches and events when required

* Maintaining smooth day-to-day operations within the studio

* Liaising with vendors, suppliers and external partners

* Assisting with social media coordination and brand support tasks

* Ensuring a polished and welcoming client experience

What We’re Looking For

* UAE-based candidates only

* Strong spoken and written English

* Smart, presentable and professional

* Highly organized and dependable

* Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Interest in luxury, jewelry, fashion or creative industries

Preferred Background Experience in:

* Luxury retail

* Fashion

* PR/events

* Boutique brands

* Administrative or client-facing roles

Position Details

* Full-time role

* Dubai-based
