THE ROLE

1. Assist the accounts team with various administrative tasks, including organizing and moving files within SharePoint folders, categorizing documents based on project needs, maintaining version control, setting up folder structures for efficient access, and ensuring proper permissions are applied to maintain data security.

2. Final files packaging for archiving purposes as per client criteria, ensuring compliance with required standards and guidelines.

3. Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on copy decks and creative assets to ensure they align with client feedback and expectations, including verifying formatting, adherence to brand guidelines, grammatical accuracy, and overall consistency across all deliverables.

4. Track and confirm that all client feedback has been accurately implemented across deliverables.

5. Perform thorough cross-referencing of project requirements to ensure completeness and adherence to guidelines.

6. Maintain meticulous records and documentation to support smooth project workflows.

7. Follow client brand guidelines and instructions with precision to maintain consistency and accuracy.

8. Additional administrative tasks, including maintaining and updating documentation to reflect project changes.

THE REQUIREMENTS

1. 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.

2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint. • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and discrepancies.

3. Highly organized with strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines.

4. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency, ensuring tasks are completed within given timeframes without compromising quality.

5. A quick learner with the ability to follow processes and instructions precisely.
6. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

7. Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.

8. Experience working with global teams or in a marketing environment is a plus.

Note: This role is for a 40-hour per week independent contractor position. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
