Studio Executive (Luxury Fashion)

The Showroom Executive will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our showroom. This role requires a high level of professionalism, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep understanding of luxury products. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.

Experience: 2+ years(fashion, retail & showroom)

How you will contribute:

  • Client Engagement:
  • Provide personalised and attentive service to clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Offer expert advice on product selection, styling, and trends to enhance the experience.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Performance:
  • Achieve and exceed performance through effective client interactions and product knowledge.
  • Actively participate in product launches, and showroom activities to drive sales.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Showroom Management:
  • Maintain the showroom’s visual merchandising to reflect the luxury brand’s standards and seasonal themes.
  • Ensure that the showroom is well-organized, clean, and aesthetically appealing at all times.
  • Manage stock levels, including receiving new inventory, updating stock records, and handling returns.
  • Client Relations:
  • Address client enquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the brand’s client advisory department to resolve any issues and enhance the client experience.
  • Organise and host exclusive events fostering a sense of community and loyalty.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Handle transactions and process sales accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and inventory levels.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends as required.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a luxury retail environment or high-end showroom is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong sales acumen; adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion, trends, and products; familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
  • Attributes: Professional demeanour; attention to detail; ability to work under pressure; proactive and self-motivated.
  • Education: Intermediate (F.A, FSc, I.Com, etc.)

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
