Studio Lead

We are seeking an experienced Studio Lead to oversee the creative

and technical delivery of event branding, wayfinding and venue dressing

across multiple competitions for a major international sports federation in

Saudi Arabia.

This is a fixed-term contract role, with potential to become permanent. The

role can be remote for much of the project, but will require travel to Riyadh

and Jeddah during critical planning periods, venue recces and live delivery.

THE ROLE:

The Studio Lead will manage studio output, act as the main conduit between

the client and design team, and ensure all branding, signage, wayfinding and

dressing work is delivered accurately, consistently and to the highest standard.

You will lead the adaptation of the federation’s brand across multiple event

environments, including field-of-play areas, concourses, entrances, media

zones, sponsor areas, VIP spaces and back-of-house locations.

Between competition periods, the Studio Lead will be expected to take

a hands-on approach, supporting some Studio Manager and Designer

responsibilities where required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead creative studio delivery across multiple sporting events.
• Act as the key link between client, studio, project and production teams.
• Oversee brand adaptation across event dressing, signage and wayfinding.
• Manage and support Studio Managers and Designers.
• Review design work, artwork, signage plans and production files.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, consistency and brand alignment.
• Support workflow, planning and design delivery between competitions.
• Attend venue recces and key delivery periods in Saudi Arabia.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

• Strong experience in event branding and wayfinding.
• Proven background in live sport, major events or temporary environments.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing fast-moving workflows.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of print, signage, fabrication and installation.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Pay: ﷼10.00 - ﷼15.00 per month
