  • Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.

  • Maintain organised digital assets, project files, and relevant documentation.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining appropriate quality standards.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on project progress, resource requirements, risks, and studio performance.

  • Develop and improve studio processes, workflows, and working practices.

  • Support team development, mentoring, performance management, and a positive working environment.

  • Assist with creative production activities when required and when operational priorities allow.

  • Handle project-related issues and conflicts in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

  • Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Media Production, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Film & Television, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in Studio Management, Creative Project Management, Agency Operations, or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of creative production processes and project workflows.

  • Good understanding of print and digital specifications and production processes.

  • Experience with creative/design software and digital file management systems.

  • Strong project management, organization, and time-management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience coordinating internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and external partners.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Good understanding of project budgets and cost control.

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.

  • High level of initiative, accountability, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Experience in team training and development is an advantage.
