JOB OVERVIEW

To supervise daily operations, lead the team, and uphold top-notch
customer service while fostering a positive work environment and
ensuring studio upkeep. And sustain financial growth and high standards
in service and operations.

Duties and Responsibilities include
The Studio Coordinator is responsible for boosting revenue and profitability, managing daily
activities, recruiting, and leading the team. Key tasks include:
Staff Management: Supervising face trainers and host(s), monitoring daily operations
and quality to ensure service excellence. Ensure SOP s are consistently implemented.
Health and Safety: Ensure high hygiene standards, health and safety protocols are
maintained as per local requirements.
Scheduling: Organizing and monitoring the schedules of subordinate staff, optimizing
staff and service availability.
System and Reporting: Proficiently using the system to ensure team competence and
produce monthly reports for management to provide insights and performance
analysis. Keep track of churned and retained clients.
Recruitment: Participating in the recruitment of the team as per the company
procedures.
Human Resources: Handle onboarding of staff, manage training plans, and perform
various HR related duties as per the operations needs
Marketing: Perform marketing related activities (taking photos and videos for social
media, executing the printing of packages for events, coordinating with influencers,
videographers, adapting newsletter, etc.)
Stock: Keep track of stock by ensuring stock takes are done in a timely manner and
counter checking the stock counts.

Qualifications, Abilities & Skills Required
Involved individual, with a can-do attitude
Committed to excellent customer service
Passionate about beauty and skincare
Interested and passionate about social media and marketing
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
Fluent in English
Preferably proven background in customer service and sales in the beauty industry
Flexibility during peak seasons and special events
Leadership skills and a great sense of responsibility with attention to detail
