We are a modern wellness studio in Jumeirah 3 offering yoga, pilates, and barre classes for both men and women. We are looking for a passionate Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, inspire our team, and grow our community.

Responsibilities

• Manage studio operations, scheduling, and client experience
• Lead and motivate staff
• Drive sales, memberships, and retention
• Build community and grow brand awareness
• Oversee budgets, reporting, and facility standards

Requirements

• Studio/fitness/wellness management experience (preferred)
• Mindbody app knowledge an advantage
• Fluent in English & computer literate
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Must have own accommodation & transport
• Valid visa status (no overstays)
