We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Studio Operations Coordinator to support and streamline our daily studio activities.
Role Overview
The Studio Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the studio. You will coordinate projects, manage schedules, and support creative teams to maintain productivity and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day studio operations and workflow
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation
- Serve as a liaison between creative teams, clients, and vendors
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
- Assist in organizing meetings, briefs, and production schedules
- Maintain studio documentation, files, and asset management systems
- Support procurement of materials and coordination of external services
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media, Design Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in operations coordination, studio management, or project support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a creative and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Familiarity with creative workflows (design, media, or production) is an advantage
