Studio Supervisor

Role Overview.

We are seeking experienced Studio Supervisors to oversee the day-to-day studio operations. This role is operational and people-focused, responsible for ensuring the studio runs smoothly, maintains exceptional standards, and delivers a consistently high-end client experience. The Studio Supervisor will act as the main on-site lead for 2 studios, coordinating teams, maintaining assets, and ensuring all operational elements are executed to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the studio and ensure smooth, efficient running at all times.

- Manage and support studio staff, acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day team needs.

- Ensure the studio environment, facilities, and equipment are maintained to a high standard.

- Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and general upkeep of the studio.

- Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock is maintained, and orders are placed on time.

- Ensure operational procedures and brand standards are followed consistently.

- Coordinate with central teams including marketing and finance to ensure tasks are executed.

- Support scheduling and execution of monthly content shoots in collaboration with the marketing team.

- Identify operational issues and escalate where necessary with clear solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in studio, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or service-based operations

- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

- Confident managing teams and maintaining accountability

- Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure

- Comfortable working in a hands-on, on-site management role

- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams

- Aligned with a premium, luxury brand environment and client experience

Experience and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years experience in an operational or Supervisor role within a service-based business

- Experience managing teams in a client-facing environment

- Operational or customer management experience is preferred

Remuneration and Benefits

- 8,000 - 10,000 base salary + performance-based commission structure

- Annual leave (Standard UAE)

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
