Job Summary

Plato's Closet is a retail chain specializing in buying and selling gently used clothing and accessories for teens and young adults. Style consultant/ Buyer role is pivotal in ensuring the store's inventory aligns with current fashion trends and meets customer demand.

This job is in a very fast paced environment and requires to work atleast 3 day shifts in a week

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet customers promptly, assess their needs, and manage transactions professionally and enthusiastically.

Product Evaluation: Assess and purchase items from customers, ensuring they meet the store's quality and style standards.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current fashion trends to make informed purchasing decisions.

Store Operations: Assist in daily operations, including inventory tagging, stocking, organizing, and maintaining the sales floor.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to recognize current fashion trends and styles.

Experience in retail or a related field is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.53 per hour
