StyleQ — Freelance / Contract Hair Stylist, Nail Artists and Estheticians (Senior Living)

What you’ll do

• Provide services on-site (based on your license/scope), commonly:
• haircuts, shampoo & set, blowouts, styling, manicures, pedicures, facials
• product recommendations appropriate for aging hair/scalp

Schedule (preferred)

You share your availability; opportunities are offered based on fit + community need. Consistency matters.

Requirements (must have)

• Active WI cosmetology license
• 5+ years experience (10+ preferred)
• Liability insurance (current or able to obtain)
• TB test + facility-required health docs (current or able to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background screening
• Your own tools + strong sanitation practices
• Patient, steady presence (this is relationship work, not speed work)

Important boundaries

Contractors must respect safety/scope limits (e.g., no lifting/transferring residents—facility staff handles that; refer out when appropriate).

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
