SU Counselor
START Program, 2584 Hwy 96 Fayette, Alabama 35555
DESCRIPTION
Job duties include providing individual and group support and working with individuals. Help with linkage to treatment and community resources. Meet with individuals in hospital settings and in the community. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, family/marriage counseling, or rehabilitation counseling.
- You must have a current/valid driver's license and must be 21 years of age or older with a good driving record to meet driving insurability requirements.
- Social security card
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge and use of computer software and programs, such as Word, Outlook, and type 40+ wpm.
- Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4p or 10a-6p; some Saturdays possible.
Starting Rate: Will be discussed during interview
