Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Sub Assembly Welder to join our team in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG and TIG welding processes on various metals and be able to work efficiently in a high production environment.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel components accurately and efficiently.
• TIG weld aluminum and stainless steel parts as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols to ensure proper assembly.
• Use a tape measure to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Lift and maneuver parts weighing up to 50 lbs safely.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic by showing up on time and maintaining consistent attendance.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MIG welding aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel.
• Experienced in TIG welding aluminum and stainless steel.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Competent in reading tape measures and taking accurate measurements.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high production environment.
• Physically able to lift parts up to 50 lbs safely.
