Sub Contract Electrician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team on a Sub contractor Basis and needs to have there own Van and Tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and be proficient in the use of hand and power tools. This role involves working on various projects, ensuring that all electrical installations and repairs are completed to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations and repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues or hazards.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards during all work activities.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure project completion within deadlines.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role is essential.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques is required.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools specific to electrical work.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on safety practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical work are advantageous but not mandatory.
