Sub Engineer Building & Road

Sub Engr (B&R) will be responsible to Jr Manager (Works) Health and will assist him at all stages of works concerning construction projects of Health. Will be responsible to assist the Manager / Junior Manager (Works) in survey, planning, design and execution of all civil works. Details of duties are as follows:-
a. To assist in prepare the BOQs of projects in close coordination with user (Education).
b. Conduct material tests of various engineering materials through contractors
c. Close supervision of all construction works to ensure execution of work as per specifications / drawings
d. Physical checking/verification of all bills, preparation of record entries of all measurements as per site for the work done on Measurement Books (MBs).
e. To ensure that quantum of work remains within the sanctioned amount
f. To assist in handing / taking over construction project to end user and prepare store statements/ inventories etc

Education:

• High School (Preferred)

Experience:

• 2 yrs: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• DAE (Civil) Engineering (Required)
