Sub Engineer Electrical & Maintenance

• Preparation of estimates after site visits for all E&M Works.
• Preparation of all (E&M) draft drawings of new and renovated buildings.
• Load calculation of all (E&M) Works for design the works.
• Preparation of BOQ and technical specification of all (E&M) works.
• To hand over the site to contractor for execution of work.
• Site visits for quality control of the all (E&M) works as per specifications and drawings.
• Checking of contractor’s Bills of all (E&M) works.
• Taking Measurements at site & entering of MBs (Measurement Books) of bills.
• Preparation of inventories of all (E&M) works and hand over the users.
• To ensure the rectification of defect / deficiencies by the contractors.

Education:

• High School (Preferred)

Experience:

• 2 yrs: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• DAE Electrical and DAE Mechanical (Required)
