Subcontract Procurement Engineer

• Develop, review, and negotiate subcontract agreements, including scope of work, pricing, and terms.
• Administer post-award activities such as invoice verification, dispute resolution, and change orders.
• Monitor subcontractor performance for quality, delivery, and compliance.
• Prepare procurement plans and tender documents for subcontracted works.
• Conduct market research to identify qualified subcontractors and suppliers.
• Evaluate bids and proposals based on technical and commercial criteria.
• Ensure cost optimization through competitive sourcing and negotiation.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate contractual and supply chain risks.
• Track and report subcontract costs, rate escalations, and claims.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to align procurement activities with project needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and performance reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
