Overview
This role protects execution reliability by managing subcontractor scheduling, confirmations, and onboarding administration. Scheduling is interrupt-driven and high-volume; success in this role comes from persistence, organization, and follow-through.
You will not price work or manage projects.
Core Duties
- Schedule subcontractors for approved scopes of work
- Confirm work windows, attendance, and readiness
- Track job status and confirmations in internal systems
- Collect and maintain subcontractor paperwork (W-9s, COIs, contact info)
- Actively recruit and onboard subcontractors for coverage gaps
- Maintain subcontractor tiering (preferred / standard / probation)
- Communicate schedule changes quickly and clearly
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years in dispatch, scheduling, or vendor coordination
- Comfortable with high phone, text, and email volume
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented and process-driven

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
