Job Title: Pharma Compliance Specialist/Consultant
Location: Monmouth Junction, NJ – 2-3 days onsite

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Pharma Compliance Specialist/Consultant to support our organization in maintaining adherence to federal contracting requirements, particularly those governed by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). This role involves monitoring compliance, supporting procurement processes, and fostering a culture of accountability and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Government Contracting & Regulatory Expertise
· Demonstrate deep understanding and application of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and related government contracting rules.
· Interpret and apply government procurement requirements to organizational operations.
· Monitor regulatory updates and ensure ongoing compliance.
2. Compliance Support
· Assist in preparing accurate and timely documentation for audits, internal reviews, and external regulatory examinations.
· Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and specific contractual obligations.
· Contribute to the development, documentation, and implementation of compliance policies and internal control procedures.
3. Procurement Assistance
· Oversee procurement activities to ensure alignment with FAR and other regulatory standards.
· Review contracts, solicitations, and procurement documents for completeness and compliance accuracy.
· Maintain and update procurement records, ensuring traceability and audit readiness.
4. Training and Knowledge Sharing
· Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams on FAR compliance and government procurement best practices.
· Create and distribute educational materials, policy summaries, and compliance updates.
· Serve as a resource for staff to address FAR and government contracting-related inquiries.
Skills:
· Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
