Job Summary:

We are seeking a disciplined and responsible Subedar (preferably ex-serviceman) to manage security operations and oversee horticulture/landscaping activities within our housing project. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and basic knowledge of garden/green area maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Security & Site Supervision:

• Supervise daily activities of the security staff and site workers.
• Manage visitor control, gate entry/exit logs, and vehicle movement.
• Conduct daily patrols and ensure safety of residents and property.
• Maintain discipline and enforce society/site rules among workers and visitors.
• Prepare daily incident and activity reports.
• Handle emergency situations and liaise with police/fire departments as needed.

Horticulture & Landscaping:

• Oversee maintenance of gardens, lawns, and green areas in the premises.
• Supervise the work of gardeners and horticulture staff.
• Ensure timely watering, pruning, weeding, and plantation work.
• Monitor health of plants, trees, and flowers—report diseases or pest issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for fertilizers, tools, and seasonal plants.
• Ensure cleanliness and aesthetics of the landscape areas.
• Suggest improvements or seasonal planning for beautification of premises.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Retired Subedar / JCO / NCO from Armed Forces, Police, or Paramilitary forces preferred.
• Experience in supervision, discipline, and managing teams.
• Basic knowledge of horticulture or interest in gardening/landscape maintenance.
• Physically fit, punctual, and reliable.
• Ability to handle both security and horticulture teams effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of plants, seasonal flowers, fertilizers, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to plan routine horticulture activities and maintain aesthetics.
• Knowledge of CCTV and basic safety systems is a plus.

Compensation:

• Monthly Salary: 50,000/-
• Accommodation/Food

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
