Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic
VARC Faculty
with expertise in teaching
Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
across multiple competitive exams –
CAT, CLAT, and IPMAT
. The faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality classes, mentoring students, and driving academic excellence through innovative teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Content Delivery
-
Deliver engaging, exam-focused lectures on Reading Comprehension, Critical Reasoning, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Verbal Ability.

Customize teaching methodology based on exam type (CAT, CLAT, IPMAT) and student profiles.

Conduct doubt-solving sessions, remedial classes, and practice workshops to strengthen student performance.
Content Development & Academic Support
-
Contribute to the design and development of study material, mock tests, practice sheets, and assignments for VARC.

Analyze exam trends and update curriculum to reflect latest patterns and difficulty levels.

Create and share short videos, blogs, or articles to support digital learning platforms.
Student Mentoring & Performance Tracking
-
Mentor and guide students on test-taking strategies, time management, and problem-solving approaches.

Track and analyze student progress; provide personalized feedback and improvement plans.

Ensure high student engagement and address academic challenges proactively.
Collaboration & Academic Excellence
-
Coordinate with fellow faculty across Quant, DILR, and Legal Reasoning to ensure academic alignment.

Contribute to faculty discussions, academic reviews, and training programs.

Represent the institute in webinars, seminars, and workshops when required.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
-
Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Literature, Journalism, Management, or related field.

Prior teaching/training experience in VARC for CAT, CLAT, or IPMAT is mandatory (minimum 3–6 years preferred).

Strong command over English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and reasoning.

Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Ability to adapt teaching style to suit both offline and online learning environments.

Passion for mentoring and motivating students to achieve academic success.
