Subject Teacher-Urdu

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Urdu lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Teach Urdu grammar, literature, poetry, prose, and creative writing.
• Assess, record, and report on students’ progress through tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Develop lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Encourage students to read, write, and speak Urdu confidently and fluently.
• Integrate modern teaching methodologies, audio-visual aids, and technology into lessons.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support to students to enhance their performance.
• Organize and prepare students for Urdu debates, speeches, writing competitions, and cultural activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to improve the Urdu curriculum.
