Subject Tutor (On Site)

Our Institute Is Seeking A Dedicated And Enthusiastic English Teacher To Join Our Academic Team For Day and Night Shift Classes. This Is An Office-Based Role In Rawalpindi Where The Selected Candidate Will Conduct Live Online Sessions For Students In Pakistan And Internationally.

We Are Looking For A Confident Educator Who Can Deliver Interactive, Well-Organized, And Student-Focused English Lessons Using Modern Digital Platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Live Online English Classes From The Institute’s Premises.
• Teach Grammar, Vocabulary, Writing Skills, Spoken English, And Comprehension.
• Develop Structured Lesson Plans And Engaging Presentation Materials.
• Assign And Evaluate Homework, Quizzes, And Assessments.
• Monitor Student Progress And Provide Constructive Feedback.
• Maintain Discipline And Create An Encouraging Virtual Classroom Environment.
• Use Platforms Like Zoom And Google Meet Effectively For Teaching.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In English (Literature/Linguistics Or Related Field).
• 1–2 Years Of Teaching Experience (Fresh Graduates With Strong Command May Also Apply).
• Excellent Spoken And Written Communication Skills.
• Strong Classroom Management And Student Engagement Skills.
• Comfortable With Digital Teaching Tools And MS Office.
• Must Be Available For Night Shift And Able To Work On-Site In Rawalpindi.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience In Online Teaching.
• Strong Command Of Both English And Urdu.
• Ability To Teach Students From Different Grades And Academic Backgrounds.
• Passion For Mentoring And Guiding Students.
