Substance Use Disorder Counselor

Insight Recovery Centers is a private, outpatient practice that specializes in treating dual diagnosis for adults located in Ashburn, Virginia. Insight is licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to provide Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) ASAM levels of care and is accredited by the Joint Commission. We are looking for counselors to complete intakes, facilitate groups, and provide counseling and case management for adults in the program. There is day, evening, and virtual programming. Intakes and individual sessions are based on clinicians’ schedules.

The ideal candidate is passionate about restoring balance to those affected by substance use and has at least three years of experience in leading groups with a Bachelors Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or a related field. CSAC and understanding of harm reduction and alcohol moderation is desired.

Job Type: Part time that can develop into a full time position. Group and individual supervision for LCSW/LSATP/CSAC/masters internships provided.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
