Inspire. Guide. Grow.

About Us

We are a new, authentic AMS-verified Montessori school that is part of a larger network of independent schools dedicated to nurturing the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally—through the time-tested Montessori method. Our classrooms will be joyful, calm, and thoughtfully prepared to spark curiosity and independence. We’re seeking warm, passionate Montessori-credentialed educators who believe in the power of child-led learning and want to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children.

Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated early childhood educators to assist Toddler and preschool-age children. This is a fantastic opportunity for new graduates seeking experience in early childhood or for semi-retired teachers looking to enjoy time in the classroom.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist a beautifully prepared Montessori classroom that inspires independence, focus, and a love of learning.
  • Support the lead teacher with classroom management.
  • Observe, assess, and adapt to students’ needs to support their academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children and their families.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain a consistent, nurturing environment.
  • Maintain a calm, clean, organized, and enriching classroom in alignment with Montessori principles.
  • Assist young students with routines and foster skills in independence.

What We’re Looking For

  • An Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred)
  • Classroom experience in a Montessori setting (preferred, but we welcome passionate new graduates)
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • A reflective, flexible, and collaborative spirit
  • Deep respect for the individuality and potential of every child
  • EEC Essentials (Must have)

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay based on experience and credentials
  • Aligned with the local public-school calendar (including holidays and closures)
  • 60% tuition discount for your children
  • Generous professional development support, including training scholarships
  • A supportive, mission-driven teaching team that values creativity, growth, and joy in learning
  • Health benefits
