Select Savvy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Substitute Teacher to provide high-quality instruction and support to students with special needs in Ashburn, VA.

Some Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction to students with special needs, following IEP goals and classroom accommodations.
• Adapt general education curriculum to meet students’ unique learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and classroom activities.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Valid Substitute Teaching License (required).
• Background or experience in Special Education (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred).
• Substitute Teaching License with a background in Special Education will be considered.
