Substitute Teacher

Calling all educators in Palmetto, Manatee County!

We're looking for reliable, enthusiastic daily or long term substitute teachers to support schools in the Palmetto area. Whether you're exploring a new career path or seeking flexible hours, this is a rewarding role that puts you at the heart of your community.

What you’ll do:

• Step into classrooms when teachers are absent (short-term, day-to-day basis)
• Keep students on track with their lesson plans
• Bring energy, positivity, and structure to every school day

What we’re looking for:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (60+ college credits or an associate degree is a plus)
• Experience working with children (at least 1 year preferred)
• Morning availability (6:00–6:30am start times)
• Professionalism, adaptability, and great communication skills
