Overview
As a Sandwich Maker, you will play a crucial role in delivering delicious and high-quality sandwiches to our customers. This position requires a passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with team members to ensure that every sandwich is made to perfection while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.

Duties

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and answering any questions regarding menu items.
• Upsell additional items when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of menu offerings.

Skills

• Experience in the food service industry, particularly in sandwich preparation or similar roles.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Basic culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS.
• Ability to upsell menu items and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Strong customer service orientation, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
