Subway Sandwich Artist/Cashier

## Job Overview

MUST BE AVALIABLE TO WORK FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS!!
We are seeking a skilled Sandwich Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and be passionate about creating delicious sandwiches for our customers.

## Duties
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications
- Operate the POS system for order processing
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich preparation area
- Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders

## Skills
- Prior experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant or grocery store is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, is a plus
- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Basic culinary knowledge to create appealing and tasty sandwiches

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
- Experience in a retail or grocery store setting is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
