Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.
• Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads following company standards, maintaining consistency and presentation.
• Manage cash handling procedures using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, accurately processing transactions and upselling menu items.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling, cleaning, and safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring the kitchen area remains organized and clean.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Support team members through training on food preparation techniques, POS operation, and customer service best practices.

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in cashiering, upselling, and sales techniques to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Restaurant or retail experience that showcases strong customer service skills is highly desirable.
