Success Manager

JOB PURPOSE


To ensure the successful launch and growth of partners within a defined success period by owning their onboarding, performance improvement, and operational alignment.

This role is responsible for accelerating time-to-revenue, resolving early-stage risks, and enabling partners to reach agreed commercial and operational KPIs before graduating them to long-term account management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Own the success of newly onboarded gift partners during their first 60–90 days on the platform. Renegotiating, preferred partnerships, and upselling to new profitability levers.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners and ensure their full understanding of platform standards, SLAs, and growth expectations.
  • Work with Marketing to activate the right exposure, campaigns, and ad placements during the incubation phase.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with stores that have a high order decline rate to identify root causes and implement corrective action plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, English language, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Marketing or dealing with clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills to identify and implement growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to track and measure brand performance.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
