Job Summary:

TheMechanical Engineer(Analysis)Internaims todevelop aCreo-integratedMathcadworkbook to automate ASCE 7 filing for PE stamping.

• none

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Under the guidance of our Lead Structures Engineer (LMTT-Structures)

• Developa Mathcad workbook

• Developaprocess to link FEA output to populate the workbook

• Work with LMTT and PE firm to approve the process

• Performother duties asassigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong oral and written communication skills required.

• Good interpersonal skillsrequiredto work effectively with others.

• Analytical ability to solve complex problems.

Education and Experience:

• Collegeundergraduate(or graduate)pursuinga Mechanical Engineeringdegree, or otherCivilEngineering degree.

• If they have passed the FE exam, this can be used as experience towards the PE licensing.

• 3D CAD required, CREO desired.

• FEA classdesired (Ansys preferred).

• Must have completed thethirdyear of theundergraduateprogram.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
