Summer 2026 Pre K Diagnostician TeamJuly 6 July 30, 2026Location-North Middle SchoolMonday Thursday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Personnel Needs (1 Diagnostic Team)Site SupervisorSpecial Educator (will also act in the role of play facilitator)School PsychologistSchool Adjustment CounselorSpeech and Language PathologistOccupational TherapistSchool Based Team ChairpersonQualifications: DESE and/or State Licensure in appropriate field Experienced in successful teaching/therapy/interventions for students with disabilitiesExceptional written, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze data; familiarity and experience with screening, diagnostic, and assessment tools. Licensure Requirements: DESE Certification in the appropriate content area.

ResponsibilitiesThe Diagnostic Team will evaluate students that have been referred through the special education process. Maintain compliance with regulatory timelines and ensure programs developed maintain eligible students in the least restrictive educational environment, consistent with federal and state mandates.Assess students in all areas of suspected disability.Participate in the IEP TEAM meeting regarding the interpretation of assessment data and development of IEP for eligible students.Work collaboratively with all other members of Prekindergarten Diagnostician TeamComplete other related duties as assigned.
