Summer Camp Nanny / Childcare Floater (Seasonal)

Holiday Home Camp is looking for a caring, energetic Summer Camp Nanny/Floater to provide attentive care for the Camp Director’s adventurous 3-year-old while being part of our fun and supportive camp community. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with young children and enjoys an active outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage a toddler during daily camp activities
• Ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and enjoyment throughout the day
• Assist with potty training/pull-ups, meals, and nap routines
• Plan simple, fun activities that support creativity, learning, and movement
• Maintain a clean and organized space for the child’s belongings and play areas
• Provide basic first aid when needed and follow camp safety procedures
• Will be on call for the Camp Director if there are any emergencies

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (babysitting, nannying, daycare, camp, or teaching)
• Experience caring for toddlers or preschool-aged children preferred
• Basic first aid knowledge (certification is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with camp staff and families
• Patient, responsible, and enthusiastic about working with children
