Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities including posting job openings and screening resumes.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Participate in organizing employee engagement and training events.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and talent management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
