Summer Leasing Assistant

All County Property Management of Boulder is looking for an eager, hardworking and organized professional to join their dynamic and successful Boulder office from early May through August. This fun and dedicated property management team needs someone ready to hit the ground running with a positive and friendly attitude.

Our Summer Leasing Assistant will have a front row seat to the operation of a successful, dynamic property management company. In this position, you will help the office run smoothly and assist with our ongoing leasing and property management efforts. This position requires attention to detail, quick learning, multitasking, and the ability to complete tasks by given deadline and an ability to take and execute direction.

While many of the tasks will be “field-related” and occurring at properties being leased and managed by All County, the job will also include a variety of office-based marketing and administrative tasks.

Must have a laptop, a valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle. We offer gas reimbursements!

The key will be to bring a positive, can-do attitude to the job each day; make it easy for the All County team members to ask for and receive your help; and be able to trust that you will reliably perform the requested tasks. Examples of typical tasks to be performed as part of this role could include, but not be limited to, the following:

Property Inspector Duties

o Property Inspections

o Taking photos

o Placing/removing lockboxes

o Making copies of keys

o Arranging /hosting property showings

o Posting/Removing Signs

o Meeting vendors

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
