Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a part-time (20 hours/week) nanny for a family in Duxbury with two children, ages 2 and 3.5, starting as they find the right fit. The weekly schedule is Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 5pm, with flexibility to provide coverage occasionally on Fridays, and to arrive early or stay late, on occasion with notice. The Family will guarantee 20 hours per week.

On June 22, 2026, the schedule will shift to Monday through Thursday, 11am to 4pm with guaranteed hours weekly.

A great fit for this family brings age-relevant experience, a warm, kind, and positive attitude, a background in education with a teaching mindset and an excitement to incorporate and engage the girls in developmentally appropriate educational activities.

The family has a medium sized dog that the Nanny will have no responsibility for during the day.

Compensation: $35/hour with paid benefits and all pay on the books through payroll.
