Summer Reading/Math Learning Coach

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Coaches to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Position Summary

As a Learning Coach at Eardley Education Solutions, you will play a crucial role in providing research-based, multisensory interventions for reading, comprehension, executive functioning and math to our students. You will work with students in a one-on-one or small group setting, implementing custom-created lesson plans designed by our Student Success Coordinators to promote growth in these skills. These lessons may be delivered in-person at one of our learning hubs or virtually through our platform, Lessonspace. Training is provided and travel between students is reimbursable.

Key Responsibilities

- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student engagement and confidence.

- Track and monitor student progress and communicate with instructional leaders, the student’s and parents or guardians as necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of learning sessions and student performance.

- Some travel within Miami-Dade County may be required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field

- Previous tutoring or teaching experience

- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute in Miami-Dade

- Full or part-time availability; weekend availability preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.

- Ability to work independently and adapt to different learning styles.

- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and creating a safe learning environment.
