<Responsibilities>

• Manage classroom environments effectively by establishing routines, setting clear expectations, and maintaining positive behavior management strategies.
• Foster a safe, inclusive space that supports early childhood education principles and encourages curiosity and independence.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and classroom activities.

<Experience>

• Prior experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of childhood development milestones, behavior management techniques, and child welfare practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members while fostering a positive learning environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
