Summer Seasonal: Brookings Grounds Technician

This position offers a great schedule with No Nights and No Weekends. Seasonal opportunities will begin in May and run through Mid-August.

Job Details

As a Seasonal Grounds Technician you will be responsible for the maintenance needed to upkeep property grounds and curb appeal.

Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):

• Assisting Ground Team to ensure curb appeal of the property is maintained and meeting company standards
• Work on landscaping, weed maintenance, trimming and misc. outdoor projects
• Emptying trash and removing items from property grounds as needed
• Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, etc. to maintain curb appeal of the properties
• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain all power tools and equipment
• Maintain grounds equipment in good condition and report any issues to Foreman

Summer Seasonal Grounds Technician will complete and follow-up on a wide variety of tasks and items as may be assigned/or necessary to fulfill job duties and maintenance processes. Summer Seasonal Grounds Technician will work cooperatively and comply with all company standards, policy and procedures, and will be conducted professionally, consistently and safely. EOE

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm, Position is Seasonal Beginning in May through Mid August

Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds with the ability to work on a team. A valid driver’s license is a must. Mills Property Management is willing to train individuals without previous grounds experience.
