Position Overview

As a Barista/Cashier, you will play a key role in creating a great customer experience while preparing high-quality beverages and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, outgoing attitude
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards
• Operate the register and accurately handle cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of your station and overall work area
• Wash dishes and assist with general cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, etc.)
• Follow recipes and instructions carefully
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate respectfully with team members

• Barista experience preferred (but not required)

Schedule & Availability

• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
• 8 to 25hours per week
• Flexible scheduling: mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends

Compensation

• Base Pay: $8.00 – $12.00 per hour
• Tips: Employees receive tips, which can significantly increase total earnings

Tip amounts vary based on factors such as shift, hours worked, and level of service.
