SUMMER/Temporary; Smoothie Maker/Cashier/Food Runner (Weekend Shift Required)

Job Summary
In this role, you’ll be a key part of creating a positive guest experience by preparing nutritious menu items and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary role with an expected start date in April/May and end date at the end of August.

Key Responsibilities

• Available to work Saturday, Sunday, and weekdays.
• Greet and engage guests warmly as they enter the shop.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure each guest feels valued and supported.
• Accurately process orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance about our menu offerings, ingredients, and health benefits.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with local health regulations.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a hospitality or food service setting (e.g., café, restaurant, hotel, juice bar).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Energetic, personable, and customer-focused.
• Experience preparing smoothies, açaí bowls, or similar menu items within the past year is strongly preferred.
• Passion for health, wellness, and natural foods.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
