General Summary of Job Duties

Friendly to guest and assisting food servers as needed with beverages.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for cleaning and setting tables with silverware set up.
Responsible for removing dishes, glassware and silverware from tables.
Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
Continuously taking dishes back to the dish room, clean and stock soiled dishes, glassware, silverware and napkins.
Properly fill ice machine, sanitation buckets, cleaning of side stations, sweeping and mopping.
Must work well with others, be able to stand, bend, lift and walk the duration of the shift.
Other duties as assigned.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
