Sunday Night Part Time Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing excellent service, crafting delicious drinks, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to all patrons, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register; manage cash handling with precision.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure seamless service during events or banquets.
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques, food safety regulations, and food handling practices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts for effective cash handling is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service is essential.
