Sunday Overnight CHHA — Caldwell, NJ

Overview

24 Hour Home Care NJ, a New Jersey-registered home care agency, is seeking a reliable, compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for a recurring Sunday overnight position with an elderly couple in Caldwell, NJ.

Schedule: Every Sunday, 8:00 PM Sunday to 8:00 AM Monday morning (12-hour overnight shift)

Pay: $20.00 per hour (weekly direct deposit, W-2 employee — not 1099)

Start date: Sunday, June 7, 2026

Responsibilities

- Overnight presence and observation; respond to client needs as they arise

- Light personal-care assistance (toileting, repositioning, comfort)

- Medication reminders (CHHA does not administer medication)

- Documentation in the daily care log

- Calm, attentive companionship through the night

Requirements

- Active New Jersey CHHA certification (please include CHHA license number on your application)

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Caldwell, NJ

- One or more years of experience with elderly clients

- Clear background check and TB test (coordinated through 24 Hour Home Care NJ)

- Strong English communication; Spanish a plus

- Reliable, punctual, and professional
