Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects across client campuses from planning through completion.
• Lead field activities, schedule coordination, and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain safety, quality control, and ICRA compliance across all sites.
• Conduct project meetings, maintain logs in RMS/Procore, and manage inspections.
• Foster client relationships and mentor junior field managers.
• Monitor costs, schedules, and proactively resolve field issues.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of construction management experience with Federal Construction Projects in Commercial or Residential.
• We prefer specific experience with VA Hospitals and Medical Centers construction projects.
• Strong understanding of federal contract documents, EM385, and safety regulations.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Procore and P6 experience preferred.
• Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
