As a Construction Superintendent, you will be expected to bring:

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years in the home building industry
• Organized Ability to read plans and engineering drawings
• Computer savvy
• Effective communicator
• Possess problem solving skills
• Ability to plan and prioritize
• Be part of a team, but also are self motivated

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage construction of 8-10 houses on scattered lots
• Build houses per plan, specifications and scope
• Build, maintain and drive schedules
• Maintain and build relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and building jurisdictions
• Ensure safe building practices and maintain safety records
• Resolve warranty issues
