Job Purpose:
To lead and manage Daily, shutdown turnaround planning activities of PAP & BENE Plants, ensuring effective coordination, scheduling, and execution of maintenance shutdowns and turnarounds, while optimizing resources, minimizing downtime, and maintaining operational integrity.
Specific responsibilities:

Developing and implementing daily, shutdown, turnaround plans and schedules

Coordinating with various departments and stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Managing resources and budgets
Analyzing turnaround performance and implementing improvements
Key Accountabilities:
Key Accountabilities for Planning Superintendent (Maintenance):
Daily Planning:

Develop and manage daily maintenance schedules, coordinate work orders and resource allocation.

Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution and quickly resolve issues.

Adapt plans in real time based on changing conditions or equipment needs.

Ensure all activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Shutdown and Turnaround Planning:

Control maintenance shutdown and turnaround plans to reduce downtime.

Coordinate with all relevant departments for efficient execution.
-
Manage project timelines to meet deadlines.
-
Allocate resources effectively during shutdowns and turnarounds.
Asset Management:
-
Implement strategies for optimal asset reliability and availability.
-
Monitor asset health using performance metrics.
-
Prioritize maintenance and replacements by asset criticality.

Align asset management strategies with maintenance and operational needs.
Additional Accountabilities:

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

15 years of experience in related field.

Planning and Scheduling: Experience in planning and scheduling maintenance daily Planning, shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages.
