Supermarket supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supermarket Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, maintain store standards, and ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of supermarket staff.

Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

Assist with merchandising and product displays.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.

Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.

Support store management in achieving sales and operational goals.

Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.

Monitor cash handling procedures and daily transactions.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supermarket, retail, or grocery store supervisory role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
